Along the North Downs Way (part of the Pilgrims Way) this view was incredible during lockdown where we could look up to a sea of yellow as the rape plants flourished in front of us . The Rapeseed bears four-petaled yellow flowers in spikes and the contrast of yellow below the deep blue sky during that Summer was so memorable especially as since then other crops have been grown on this field so this gives the people of Harrietsham a special memory of our summer in Lockdown during 2020. At least a couple of times a week we climbed the path up the steep hill to the top of the Downs to take in the spectular view of Harrietsham Village and the Weald below. This print has a limited edition of 25 in each size and comes as a Giclee Print or on a Canvas.

It was fantastic to watch the various changes and stages of the seed during that Summer as we climbed the path up the steep hill to the top of the Downs turing round at the top to give us the best spectular view of Harrietsham Village there is as we rested after the long climb!
